Do I need to schedule a tour or can I just stop by?

All tours are by appointment only. You can book a private venue tour here.

What is the capacity of the Main Barn?

We recommend a maximum of 300 guests.

How do I reserve a date?

Your date will be reserved upon receipt of signed contract and down payment.

When are payments due?

A $1000 down payment is required to reserve your date at the time the contract is signed. From there, 50% of your balance is due 6 months before your date and the remaining 50% is due 30 days before your event.

How far in advance do you need our final headcount?

30 days before your event.

Is there a food and beverage guest count minimum?

No. We welcome small events.

Do we have to utilize your caterers and bar services?

No. We do not have on-site caterers. To see which vendors we recommend, check out our Vendor Recommendations page. You can use the licensed vendors of your choice.

How will tables and chairs be arranged for my event?

All tables and chairs will be arranged to suit your vision and needs.

We are using a rental company. Can they drop off items outside of the rental period?

No. We cannot be responsible for your belongings outside of the rental period.

How many vehicles can be parked on the property?

We can accommodate approximately 200 vehicles.

Are there any overnight accommodations nearby?

Our bridal house (3 bed/2 bath) and groom’s cabin (1 bed/1 bath) are available for overnight lodging. Additional hotel lodging is located in Saraland, AL about 45 minutes from the farm.

Can vehicles be left overnight?

Vehicles are only allowed overnight with lodging rental.

Are candles allowed on the property?

Candles may be used within TTT guidelines inside the Main Barn only.

Are fireworks allowed on the property?

Yes, but all fireworks must be pre-approved by property management. Sparklers are allowed outside of the barns.

Is confetti allowed at our send off?

We do not allow confetti on the property; only natural flower petals and pre-approved sparklers are allowed at your send off.

What time do you suggest we start the ceremony?

Ceremonies can take place any time during your rental period, but we recommend starting your evening ceremony approximately one hour before sunset.

What time does the music need to end?

By 10:00PM CST. We suggest having your DJ announce a closing call 15 minutes before 10:00PM.
