Bree Stagner & Zakery Armistead

We are absolutely thrilled to celebrate the wedding of Breelyn Stagner & Zakery Armistead this weekend at the farm! We interviewed Bree in preparation for the big day to find out how they met, how he popped the question, what they are most excited about, and what they’ve learned throughout the planning process.

How did you and Zakery meet?

We have known each other for about 8 years and but lost touch until 3 years ago. We picked right back up and met like we had never lost touch. The rest is history.

Tell us about the proposal!

We were in Gainsville, Alabama at the slowest restaurant ever. Of course I had no idea what was going on, and Zakery was acting weird so I thought he felt bad or was sick and was offering him medicine. Little did I know he was worried because the service was so slow it was getting dark outside and he was planning on purposing by the lake. Luckily we got out just in time to catch the sunset. I was in complete shock.

What moment are you most looking forward to on your wedding day?

Having communion during the wedding ceremony.

Why did you choose Triple T Farm?

It was close to home, and it is absolutely beautiful!

What is the theme or style of your wedding?

I guess rustic/classy. I have a lot of greenery and wood.
