Kinley Thorton & Jamie Boss
We’re excited to celebrate the wedding of Kinley Thorton & Jamie Boss at the farm! We interviewed Kinley in preparation for the big day to find out how they met, how he popped the question, what they are most excited about, and what they’ve learned throughout the planning process.
How did you and Jamie meet?
We meet through some mutual family friends. They are the ones who set us up. We only dated for 6 months before we got engaged but the saying is true, “When you know, you know”, and I knew a few months into our relationship Jamie was handpicked by God for me.
Tell us about the proposal!
We were on the way home from my parents house and we were heading to his house. He asked me in our future home just the two of us because Jamie does not do crowds. I looked like a hot mess and smelled like a bon fire, but it was such a special moment for just the two of us that I would not change for the world.
What moment are you most looking forward to on your wedding day?
Seeing his face when he sees me for the first time in my wedding dress!!!
Why did you choose Triple T Farm?
I’m a country girl and I love rustic/ farmhouse style. When I saw the venue online a few years ago I fell in love and I’ve always said I’m gonna get married there. After touring the venue it met all of my expectations of a perfect venue and more.
What is the theme or style of your wedding?
My style for the wedding definitely rustic and more simple, no glitz and glam for sure.
Is there anything else you can tell us about your love story?
I’m definitely the outgoing one with a bubbly personality, and Jamie is more calm, laid back, and reserved. I always say he keeps me grounded and level headed, and I just keep him entertained because he says there is never a dull moment with me.
What advice would you give couples just starting to plan their wedding?
I would say choose a venue, caterer, florist, and photographer who listens to you and your ideas and helps your vision come to life. The people and places I’ve chosen have made everything a breeze.
Do you have any advice for future couples?
Always make time for date nights/ alone time. Whether it is going out or staying in date nights are a must.
Conclusion
Thank you so much to Kinley and Jamie for sharing their beautiful love story with us and for choosing to celebrate at Triple T Farm. We are so excited to share this special day with you, your family, and your friends!
